Refund policy

ade-to-order, Sale, Samples and Belts cannot be returned.
 
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, we offer a 14-day returns policy. Please get in touch to start the returns process. All returned items must be in perfect resellable condition. If the returned item is deemed to not be in resellable condition, I reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once items are received in the required condition, I will issue a refund.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us. Unfortunately, I will not be able to take responsibility for lost in transit returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded, with the exception of goods confirmed to be faulty.
