DELIVERY

 

Products listed in-stock will be shipped within 4 to 7 working days, with the exception of bags and made-to-order items. For customers in the UK please allow 3 to 4 working days after dispatch for standard delivery. Deliveries in Europe may take up to 7 days. Customers outside the EU, please allow at least 14 working days. Depending on the value of items sent, a signature may be required upon delivery.

 

 

Made-to-order, Sale, Samples and Belts cannot be returned.

 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, we offer a 14-day returns policy. Please get in touch to start the returns process. All returned items must be in perfect resellable condition. If the returned item is deemed to not be in resellable condition, I reserve the right to refuse a refund. Once items are received in the required condition, I will issue a refund.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us. Unfortunately, I will not be able to take responsibility for lost in transit returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded, with the exception of goods confirmed to be faulty.
